Until We Meet Again

Until We Meet Again, My Dear Friend Frank- by Edil Rentas Casiano

Today you depart dear friend, and begin your new adventure, after fulfilling your contract, fulfilled completely and true. We all have our our days numbered, and must be ready to leave, when we are finally called, by our creator to ascend. 

Though your body fades away, I know you must still be there, waiting for that final moment, to take flight toward the heavens, with those two great angel wings,  the Lord awarded with care.

God brought you to this world, to illuminate so many lives, and by grace I was one of those, who had the biggest blessing, to know such a great friend, and forever will embrace.

You humble soul sincere brave and loyal, have conquered the long tough battle, but today the time has come, for you to finally rest, it’s time to march on again, to a new beginning, a new chapter. 

Wherever you may go, your virtues you’ll take with you, for they are part of your great soul, not the body you’ll abandon, I only pray to God to give me, the great blessing once again, to find you as a “brother” and friend, even in another dimension, what an honor that will be, I must say without pretension.

Though our eyes weep today, it is natural of course, for we lose a friend, “pana” and brother, with whom we shared great days, as part of the journey lived, in this earthly world, it’s ok.

In this final verse I pray, for peace, calm and deep acceptance, for his wife, children, and family, and also for his many friends, who loved him since he was little, and today weep his departure, a final farewell is in order, and knowing what he would do, receive from Frank an embrace.
